In an atmosphere of effortless elegance, the cuisine celebrates freshly caught fish from the lagoon of Tikehau, prepared with precision and simplicity. Between golden sand, warm island light, and tables tucked discreetly among the rocks, the experience unfolds like a rare and timeless escape.

Depending on the season, spiny lobsters return to the menu at the end of the rāhui period, with reopening expected on May 1. The restaurant also features a fisherman’s pot, inspired by bouillabaisse and infused with local flavors, along with a curated selection of desserts to end the journey on a delicate note.
